Survey items to send out to owners to determine speeds. The Town Center Board has been working hard to provide improved services to the community while reducing household costs. One such initiative is improving the level of internet access to the community. ResTech has so far come forth with the most promising price and service, as they already have a significant presence in the Town Center community which allows them to provide costs dramatically lower than every other provider. It would utilize the coax lines that go from the parking garage to each unit (the same lines that are used by Spectrum). This means that in general, it would not be possible to use ResTech and Spectrum's services at the same time (though it *may* still be possible using the CAT5e lines typically used by AT&T). Owners **are not required to use this service.** If you currently rent a WiFi router from your existing internet provider, you will either need to purchase your own or rent one through ResTech (they offer rentals for $10/m). We have been given quotes for three different tiers of service primarily differentiated by speed. This speed is the _baseline_ that would be available for all units in the community. If an owner wishes to have higher speeds than this baseline, they can purchase higher speeds directly via ResTech. All speeds are symmetric (upload is the same as download speeds).
