The things that tend to frustrate high performers are things that are inefficient, either because they involve more steps than necessary or don't need to be done at all. I've found this to be a bit of a cheat-code to noticing "problems" in the general sense, at least in my environment. Some additional ideas from the above link: - Keep notes, write down when you notice something is sub-optimal - Retrospect on personal and professional life, reflect on what was disliked/inefficient (see above) - Ask people, what do they complain about on lunch break? - I've *mostly* seen this be about people problems or resources, which... can't really be solved with tech # Rank Problems
